Once your site is live, we maintain it for you. Choose a monthly care plan, or pay only when you need work done. Plans run month to month: no long contracts, and you can change or cancel with one month's notice.

Online store hosting is billed separately at cost, usually R300 to R900 a month depending on traffic. Plan hours reset each month and unused hours don't roll over.

Why does an online store cost more than a landing site?
A store has many more moving parts: products, payments, couriers, stock, emails and customer accounts. Each one has to be set up, tested and secured, which takes considerably more time.
Can you give me a fixed price?
Yes. Once we understand what you need, we send a written quote with a fixed price for everything listed. Anything added later is quoted separately before we start on it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site and the features you need. Your quote includes a timeline, agreed before any work starts.
Who looks after the site once it's live?
We do. We built it, so we maintain it: updates, fixes, new pages and changes are all handled by us for a fee. You can pay per job or choose a monthly care plan.
Do I need WhatsApp for my site to work?
No. If you use WhatsApp Business, orders and enquiries can go straight to it. If you don't, everything goes to your email, and WhatsApp can be added later.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. You can pay per job when you need work done, or choose a monthly plan for ongoing care.
